As many of you know I have lived in Key West and surrounding islands for most of my professional training career. I am excited to sh are my part of the world with you. I am thrilled to have you join our team in the most beautiful location in the United States. This location is KEY WEST, Florida. This Leadership event will be a one-of-a-kind learning and exploration experience for you the dealership executive.

This event will be filled with industry professional speakers, fixed operation experts and high-level dealership associates, who, like you, are the best in their field. This 1st annual event is only for Steve Shaw University Dealers, Executive and the best Fixed Operations Directors in the business today. The plan is to have a small group, working side by side learning and exploring the most important topic of the day. That topic is LEADERSHIP & EMPLOYEE RETENTION.

This Leadership Summit will provide enough structure to learn, meet other like-minded industry professionals as well as provide a “come as you are experience” of the KEY WEST LIFESTYLE. Please bring your spouse or significant other. We will host a spouse event on Friday and they are encouraged to attend our Pirate Event and Sunset Cruise on Saturday.
